What initially began as a new kitchen, laundry and outdoor tiling design project has turned into a large-scale, Mediterranean-inspired luxury renovation project. The waterfront property sits nicely on a large, fan shaped block and will be transformed from a mid-2000’s family home into a drop dead gorgeous, expansive resort-style haven filled with natural textures such as limestone, terracotta, lime render and leathered Dolomite.
