A stylish and stocked Bar Cart can be a fabulous addition to alfresco drinks, a little nook by the dining room, or drinks by the pool. I love that there is a bar cart to suit any interior style; blonde rattan for a tropical/ boho/ coastal theme; silver and glass for a Gatsby, Art Deco vibe; bright gold for a glamorous, girly style; dark stained rattan for a British Colonial vibe… the options are endless.

For Coco Interiors’ recent photoshoot collaboration with Carly from Carly.co, we brought our bar cart out to the pool area to visually inspire a fun, Summery, afternoon-cocktails-by-the-pool story.

When styling a bar cart for a party or event, I think it wants to look fully stocked with liquor, but also with pretty and practical drink accessories and condiments that invite guests to use and enjoy, like chopped lemon and lime slices, some tongs, a small bowl of wine charms, fresh mint and berries, Angustura Bitters, a splash of Lychee Liqueur.. simply decide a cocktail theme and the required flavours and accessories and fill your cart. Fresh flowers and cut greenery is always a welcome addition.
